The entire incident was caught on camera.
The officer and the cow were both uninjured during the incident however, Daisy roamed free until Wednesday night.
Her owners finally caught her and said, she is no longer a fugitive.
"She's captured, she's back in the pin," said David Milton, a family member of Daisy's owner. "She won't be violating any more crimes, resisting arrest, wanton endangerment and stuff like that on police officers."
Daisy's owners said she wasn't too happy to be captured.
She is pregnant and is expected to give birth in the Fall.
