Loretta Mays was ordered to report to federal prison for one year and one day. This after she pleaded guilty to bank fraud involving town credit cards.
Evidence was that by fraud, she applied for three credit cards in the town's name, and used them for personal cash advances and expenditures.
Federal judge James Jones ordered her to prison and also ordered her to pay more than $20,000 in restitution to the town.
Two years ago, she was ordered to serve 8 months in the local jail for additional convictions of embezzlement and forgery.
