Police arrested Eugene “J.R.” Farley, 39, and Tabatha Stanton, 28, both of the Holmes Mill community, on Monday.
Farley is charged with five counts of trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin) and importing heroin.
Stanton is charged with trafficking in a controlled substance (meth).
Both Farley and Stanton were booked in the Harlan County Detention Center.
The arrested were a result of joint undercover investigations by the Harlan County Sheriff’s Office, Kentucky State Police and Appalachia Narcotics Investigations.
